Well, obviously I was too busy to keep up with this blog.
A lot has happened since my last post. I quit my job of 4 years and believe it was the best thing I've done in a long time. Our house sold in June and we closed in July.
Getting the house empty and cleaned out was a major project that I do not want to go through ever again in my life. We held an estate sale and sold pretty much everything we owned.
It was quite an emotional experience seeing people go through my 'things' and parting with some of the things that I had an emotional attachment to. After the sale we had someone haul the rest to the dump. It is funny that all the stuff that I accumulated over the years was gone in a matter of 2 days. We did keep some things, of course, in storage and that probably will be downsized later on, too.

Currently, we are staying in a small travel trailer that our dear friends have offered to us.
We dont know what we would have done without these wonderful people. They have gone far above and beyond what we could ever imagine anyone could do. We just met them only a few months ago and we feel as though they have been our friends for years.

Swil Kanim flew down to Iowa to hopefully pick up the RV. The financing is supposed to go through on the 27th and that is when he will be able to drive it home. The waiting is driving me crazy. I pray that the financing actually happens this time. It will be very devistating for both of us if this falls through. In the mean time I will keep the faith and trust in God's timing and God's Will in this.
