Swil Kanim has been in Iowa for 2 weeks waiting to pick up our RV. We have run into so many obstacles it has become ridiculous. Financing has fallen through several times and it was easy to become discouraged. It was easy to question if we were doing the right thing. But, after much prayer it is clear that God has put us in this situation for a reason. Swil Kanim is in the middle of nowhere for a reason, and I am where I am for a reason. God is working in us to mold us, to prepare us for the work he has in store for us. There are lessons we must learn before we embark on this journey. We may think we are ready but we are not ready until God says we are ready. I am thankful for the lessons I am learning as I wait. I am thankful for the lessons Swil Kanim is learning as he waits. I am thankful for the separation, no matter how painful it is. I know that HE has begun a good work in us. I know that when we are together again we both will have changed for the good of God......and THAT is worth the wait.
