Yesterday we went to downtown Bellingham and had breakfast with Clyde Ford and his beautiful wife, Chara. Unfortunately, I woke up with a horrible kink in my neck and every time I turned my head pain shot down my shoulder.
Despite my stiffness, we had a great conversation and we discussed our trip to Mississippi in October. Clyde has some wonderful things lined up and we are excited to be a part of it.
After breakfast we headed to Anacourtes to catch a ferry to Orcas Island. We were going there to pick up an order of "Tree Shirts" and then head back. My neck was not any better so, Swil Kanim went ahead and I stayed in the RV to rest. It was a nice cool day so I enjoyed the time.
I also started reading Clyde's book "Precious Cargo". I got so involved in it that before I knew it, Swil Kanim was back from Orcas.
He showed me the "Tree Shirts" and the company had mistakenly reversed the colors. Our usual "Tree Shirts" are a white background with a black violin/tree on a black t-shirt.
They had misunderstood the order and had a black background with a white violin/tree.
They actually look good, though. Swil Kanim's design is such a good design that any color or order of color would look good with this design. So, we will keep them as is.
I will work on getting the "Tree Shirts" on the website this week.
It is off to Seattle today for a living room concert tonight. After that, Swil Kanim will be playing at the Seattle Unity Church then we are going to my daughter, Chrisi's to celebrate her husband, Svet's birthday.
